Taylor Tunes, Portfolio Manager
Taylor Tunes was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. While having substantial involvement in real estate at a young age through the home rentals belonging to her parents, she first actively became involved in multi family rental housing upon moving to Los Angeles in 2008. Her interest lead her to take classes on the subject, with a special interest in historic property , gentrified neighborhoods and housing in urban environments with a mix of commercial and residential space. Through active training and guidance, Taylor eventually gained positions with some of the most independently wealthy landowners in the Los Angeles area, including some that have even authored books on the subject and were deemed ‘best in the business’. Her knack for sales and deep involvement with resident relations has allowed her reputation to blossom, with creative and technological skills being an added bonus to any property management team she joins. Currently, Taylor has relocated home to Portland, Oregon, where she believes the beauty of the city, buildings and its’ people are unsurpassed. She looks forward to influencing the real estate industry in the lush state of Oregon, where ‘the sky is the limit!’
Doug Jones, Maintenance Director
Doug Jones became introduced to maintenance through United Airlines and the management of his own private rental. Working on planes conducting ramp service, loading, unloading, weight balance and fueling treatments for over 22 years, Doug became the lead ramp servicemen and was highly trusted within United to ensure the safe and effective plane prep before flights. These managerial skills became essential when he decided to make his formal career change into property management and maintenance in 2007. There he was educated and refined proper multi-unit maintenance techniques. He also became fluent in all aspects of property management including Fair Housing as taught through the MultiFamily Housing Northwest where he also earned both maintenance and management certifications. He enjoyed the responsibilities and challenges that he faced while working in the multi-family housing industry. This change in career path was the right choice and Doug quickly became a leader in his field. His maintenance skills and his interpersonal skills quickly labeled Doug as the trustworthy and dependable “GO TO” person. Doug enjoys working with the wonderful individuals at Inspire Vision Property Management & Consulting! The versatility he experiences daily in the workplace and being a part of the maintenance of both modern and historic buildings offers him a well-rounded maintenance portfolio. It is an honor to help ensure residents are happy and we have well maintained apartments, condominiums, commercial spaces and homes.
